You’ll have access to experienced Team Leaders, relief management, dedicated administration and ongoing training and coaching — giving you the support you need to focus on what you do best: looking after your clients. We put our people first. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You’ll manage your own portfolio, build strong relationships with Councils of Owners, attend meetings, provide expert strata advice and make sure your clients receive the level of service they deserve.

But this role is about more than just managing a portfolio. You’ll be part of a team where people share knowledge, step in when things get busy, support each other through challenging matters and celebrate each other's wins. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience as a Strata Manager or Property Manager, or has a strong background in property and is looking to build a career in strata.

Has a sound understanding of WA strata legislation, or a genuine willingness to learn.

Is an excellent communicator who enjoys building lasting client relationships.

Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused.

Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.





Thrives in a collaborative team workplace.

Has a positive attitude and enjoys contributing to a supportive workplace culture. If you have strong property management experience but haven't worked in strata before, we'd still love to hear from you.
