You're a Structures Foreman who enjoys the challenge of getting projects out of the ground.

You like being on site early, planning the works, coordinating formworkers, steel fixers and concrete crews, and making sure everything runs safely, efficiently and to programme.

The problem is your current job has become more stressful than rewarding.

You'll join a brand recent industrial project in Austral, leading the structures package from the ground up. No inheriting someone else's problems. No walking into a project that's already behind programme.

Salary is in the $180k-$200k + super range with yearly salary reviews,



bonuses and genuine long-term career progression as the business continues to grow.

This role sounds great, but what experience are you looking for?

We'd love to speak with you if you can tick these four boxes:

- You've worked as a Structures Foreman for at least 3 years on commercial, industrial or health projects in Australia
- You've been across suspended slabs, formwork, shoring and steel reinforcement on projects of $30million +
- You have solid head contractor experience with a stable employment history
- You take pride in delivering safe, high-quality work while keeping programmes on track
