At ROBUST, we combine Pilates with strength and cardio to deliver a high-energy, low-impact training experience — and our instructors are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
As a STRONG Instructor, you’ll deliver dynamic, form-focused classes that challenge and support members of all fitness levels while contributing to a positive, welcoming studio community. This is a casual role with flexible hours, including rotating weekends and cover shifts.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 6 months’ experience teaching group fitness or similar
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness or relevant qualification in:
- Reformer Pilates
- Dance
- Lagree/Megaformer
- Cycle / HIIT
- Group Fitness or similar disciplines
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading groups
- Excellent attention to technique and member experience
Bonus (not essential)
- Lagree or Megaformer certification
Role Requirements
- Availability to attend STRONG Academy training in September (two consecutive weekends) plus at-home & adhoc in studio.
- Must have weekend availability
- A welcoming personality with high energy and professionalism
- Passion for building community and delivering exceptional classes
