Education & Student Services | Chatswood & Sydney CBD
Build pathways. Support students. Grow into leadership.
At JPI Global, we believe education is not transactional — it is transformational.
Every interaction matters. Every student journey deserves care, clarity, and purpose.
We are inviting experienced Student Success Officers to join our growing team across our Chatswood and Sydney CBD campuses, supporting students and families at every stage of their educational pathway.
About JPI Global
JPI Global is a premium education group delivering high-impact academic and pathway programs through three flagship brands:
- Elite College of English (ECE)

- JPI Education
Academic enrichment, leadership development, and immersion programs
- The Princeton Review Australia (TPRA)
SAT, AP, and US College Admissions Counselling
Together, we support students from foundation to future, within innovative, multicultural, and student-focused learning environments.
About the Role
This is not a traditional reception or admin role.
As a Student Success Officer, you are a key steward of the student experience — guiding enrolments, coordinating communication, supporting academic delivery, and ensuring that every student and family feels informed, supported, and confident.
You will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and senior leadership, with clear opportunities to upskill and progress into senior Student Success or Operations roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors
- Manage student enquiries, recruitment, enrolments, and records with precision
- Coordinate timetables, consultations, assessments, and campus events
- Support smooth communication between students, families, teachers, and managers
- Provide accurate guidance on academic programs and pathways
- Assist with student success initiatives, marketing activities, and community engagement
- Contribute to daily campus operations and continuous improvement initiatives
Work Hours
- Monday – Friday: Between 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (based on operational needs)
- Saturday – Sunday: Between 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (based on operational needs)
- Flexible arrangements available for full-time, part-time, or casual staff
What We Offer
- Full-time salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per annum (experience-based)
- Part time / Casual: $26 – $32 per hour
- Structured onboarding and ongoing professional development
- Clear pathways into senior Student Success, Operations, or leadership roles
- Exposure to premium education brands and executive-level operations
- A collaborative, multicultural, and student-focused workplace
Upskilling & Career Growth
At JPI Global, we invest in people who invest in students.
You will gain access to:
- Training in student management and enrolment systems
- Workshops in leadership, compliance, and education administration
- Cross-training across marketing, events, and student success initiatives
- Mentorship from senior managers and leadership team
This role is intentionally designed as a career-building position, not a static job.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in student services, administration, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (multilingual ability highly regarded)
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident with MS Office and student management / database systems
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Genuine commitment to student success and organisational excellence
- Valid Australian work rights (citizenship, PR, or appropriate visa)
