About the Role

As a part of our business growth journey, Western Sydney remains a continued and ongoing opportunity focus. Following market feedback Decmil are seeking a Superintendent to lead our team. In this role you will work closely with the team to drive standards and support our people.

Responsibilities





- Lead daily performance to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects
- Develop and monitor compliance with Short-Range Program (SRP) and Medium-Range Program (MRP) in line with the main contract program
- Ensure effective utilisation and management of plant and equipment resources
- Ensure project construction methodology and project delivery plans are reviewed and implemented
- Review of project risks, methods, and equipment proposals
- Manage site-based activities involving direct labour, subcontractors, and materials to ensure all safety, quality and time requirements are met
- Review construction planning and monitor progress to ensure it is on schedule and within quality, time, and cost estimates
- Coordinate and review subcontractor works, subcontractor packs and HSEQ compliance including JHA’s and SWMS
- Implementation of Project quality systems ensuring the quality of works and documen
