As our Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of insurance repair projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. You will oversee multiple jobs, coordinate trades, and work closely with customers, insurers and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes. This hands-on role combines site supervision, stakeholder management and project coordination, requiring solid communication, organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will ensure projects are delivered in line with KPIs, budgets and HSEQ requirements, while providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate on-site trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining schedules, budgets and project plans

Supervise insurance repair works from commencement to completion, ensuring timelines and standards are met

Liaise with customers, insurers and internal teams, providing clear updates and managing expectations

Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and HSEQ standards

Maintain accurate site documentation, reporting and system updates throughout the project lifecycle About You

Experience in a Supervisor role within insurance repair environments

Relevant qualification/ trade certificate in construction, Supervisors/ Builders License, White Card and current driver’s licence

Strong understanding of building practices, codes and safety requirements

Proven ability to lead teams, manage trades and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
