Designer Transport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply & Distribution Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations. About the Role

As the Supply & Distribution Manager, you'll oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities to ensure products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. You'll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement while supporting the company's long-term growth. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain and distribution strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.

Oversee inventory planning and stock control to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Coordinate warehousing, logistics, transportation, and distribution operations.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers,



and key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.

Analyse market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support strategic purchasing decisions.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain and procurement team. What We're Looking For?

✔ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field.

✔ 3–5 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or distribution management.

✔ Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain operations.

✔ Proven experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor relationships.

✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

✔ Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
