Role Description This part-time remote role as a Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Coordinator at Wolf's Den Engineering focuses on optimizing supply chain performance and supporting logistics activities. The role involves monitoring demand forecasts, assisting with demand planning, and coordinating inventory levels to meet customer and project needs. The individual will analyze supply chain data, prepare reports, and identify trends or risks that could impact operations.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams and external partners on order status, shipment tracking, and resolving logistical issues. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in relevant systems, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to productive, cost-effective supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

Knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics processes,



including coordination of shipments and vendor interactions.

Experience with demand planning and forecasting to support production and procurement decisions.

Proficiency in inventory management practices, including tracking stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners in a remote environment.

Comfort with using spreadsheets, ERP or supply chain software, and other digital tools.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time schedule.

Relevant education in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or logistics-focused environment is beneficial.
