About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, and demand planning while driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth.

? Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy & Operations

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Drive supply chain transformation projects and operational excellence initiatives.

Procurement & Supplier Management
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Inventory, Logistics & Planning




- Oversee demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze inventory performance and implement strategies to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Improve warehouse operations and transportation efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Project teams to align supply with business demand.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Support new business initiatives, expansion projects, and operational planning.
- Drive digital transformation through ERP systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Foster collaboration across departments to improve overall business performance.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or operations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, warehousing, and logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication,



and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), CIPS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
