About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for our education, consulting, and business support services. This role is responsible for managing procurement, vendor relationships, inventory, logistics, resource planning, and operational efficiency to ensure seamless service delivery.

? Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain & Procurement Management

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and operational requirements.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, purchasing, and vendor performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers.
- Ensure the timely procurement and distribution of equipment, learning materials, office supplies, and operational resources.
- Monitor supplier performance, service quality, pricing, and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.

Inventory & Logistics Management
- Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and asset management to ensure optimal resource availability.
- Coordinate warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities where applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce shortages, excess stock, and operational waste.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and support business operations.
- Ensure efficient logistics planning for training programs, events,



and organizational activities.

Operations & Process Improvement
- Analyze supply chain performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by improving supply chain systems and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare management reports, operational analyses, and performance dashboards.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the supply chain and procurement team.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Project Management, Academic, and Business Development teams to support organizational objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.
- Support organizational growth, expansion initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or operations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain and procurement functions.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, vendor management, logistics, and procurement best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools is an advantage.




- Excellent analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), CIPS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
