Marsh is currently seeking an SVP - Construction, specifically focused on Energy Transmission . This role involves managing a book of complex priority accounts/projects, predominantly in the energy transition space, driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships, pursuing current business opportunities, and expanding the range of Marsh products and services.

Administer performance appraisals and serve as a coach for the team

Participate in industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network Requirements: Robust experience in commercial insurance and risk consulting

Strong market relationships and negotiation skills

Insurance broker's license

Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Understanding of the energy transition space and associated insurance market Desired Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in insurance broking

Sound understanding of business and organizational risk management

Prior experience managing complex account portfolios





Thorough knowledge of insurance and strategic client engagement

Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
