Core Talent are currently recruiting experienced Integrated Tool Carrier (ITC) Operators, Excavator Operators and Spotters for an upcoming sand dredging project in Surfers Paradise, commencing Monday 20 July 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-managed civil project with competitive pay rates and the potential for overtime.
Positions Available
1.
Integrated Tool Carrier (ITC) Operators
- Current Integrated Tool Carrier (ITC) ticket required
- Civil construction experience preferred
- $43–$44 per hour (depending on experience)
- Travel allowance + overtime available
2.
Excavator Operators
- Current Excavator ticket/licence required
- Experience operating 22T excavators highly regarded
- $45–$47 per hour (depending on experience)
- Travel allowance + overtime available
3.
Spotters
- Previous machine spotting experience highly regarded
- Strong awareness of site safety and communication
- $38 per hour
- Travel allowance + overtime available
Project Details
- Location: Surfers Paradise, QLD
- Start Date: Monday, 20 July 2026
- Duration: Approximately 3 weeks
- Shift Times:
6:00am – 3:00pm & 2:00pm – 11:00pm
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Relevant plant operator tickets/licences for the position you're applying for
- Previous civil construction experience
- Construction White Card
- Reliable transport and a strong commitment to safety
- Ability to commence on 20 July 2026
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic
