The Role
- You will perform a wide variety of beauty therapy treatments and spa treatments with a focus on high performance facial treatments, massage therapy and spa rituals
- Create an atmosphere that makes our guests feel comfortable and welcome
- Sell treatments to potential clients and convert enquiries into treatment bookings, upsell treatments where possible and follow up with retail products after treatments
- Ensure rooms and equipment are well maintained and well presented
- Maintain up to date knowledge on current products and treatments available and be able to make recommendations to clients, that meet their needs

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to guest needs and make recommendations based on these needs

- Qualifications: Diploma of Beauty Therapy is desirable

- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist with a focus on relaxation massage.
- A genuine passion for customer service with the ability to connect with people
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A high level of personal presentation and grooming
- Available 3-4 days
- You can work autonomously as well as within a team
- Can do attitude
