Our client is a nationally recognised leader in the equipment and materials solutions industry supplying major construction and infrastructure projects across Australia.

The Role

This is a senior, player-coach leadership position reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, and sits as part of the Senior Leadership Team. You'll carry dual accountability: driving your own personal revenue and client portfolio, while leading, coaching, and performance-managing a team of Sales Representatives across South Queensland.
You'll be a commercially sharp operator who is just as comfortable closing your own deals as you are developing others to do the same - someone who sets the standard through action, not just direction.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of seven Sales Representatives through coaching, structured performance reviews, and accountability frameworksMaintain a personal client portfolio and budget, actively generating new business and growing existing accountsBuild a high-performance culture centred on activity, responsiveness, and resultsDrive quote volumes, meeting frequency, and client/site engagement across the teamRepresent the region's performance, pipeline,
