Nixor Workforce is a Perth-based labour hire company specialising in workforce solutions across Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas and Civil Construction.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our brand-new Perth CBD office and play a key role in sourcing, engaging,and placing quality candidates across our growing client base.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong candidate and client relationships, and supporting the delivery of workforce solutions to our industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for labour hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and contractors
- Develop candidate pipelines across Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Civil Construction sectors
- Coordinate onboarding, compliance checks, and mobilisation requirements
- Work closely with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver suitable candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and systems




- Support business growth through client engagement and recruitment initiatives

About You:

- Experience in recruitment, labour hire, or workforce solutions (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, or Civil Construction industries
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Confident engaging with candidates, clients, and industry stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance requirements
- Motivated, driven, and eager to grow within a successful recruitment team
