Village Baxter's Community Care Team provides personal care and domestic services throughout the Frankston & Mornington Peninsula area. We are currently seeking to add casual staff to our existing team of dedicated of Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Direct Care Workers (DCWs).

Successful applicants will have a strong desire to help others, the ability to work autonomously, strong communication skills and explicit professional boundaries, and a commitment to excellence in the delivery of services to older Australians. A basic level of digital literacy is also required, including the ability to use smartphones, tablets and a range of workplace systems.

Successful candidates will have a full Australian driver's license and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle. Those seeking employment as PCA staff need a minimum of a relevant Cert III qualification (e.g.



Cert III Individual Support - Ageing).

Prior experience in a similar role within a Home Care, Aged Care or Disability Services environment will be strongly regarded.

Village Baxter staff enjoy weekly pay and the option to access salary packaging to boost take home pay. We pay travel time and a kilometre allowance for travel between clients.
