Job Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across internal systems, including attendance records, employee information, and payroll inputsCoordinate workforce supply (labor, coordinators, and helpers) in line with operational requirements and demand fluctuationsSupport and conduct internal investigations related to employee misconduct, including theft and policy violationsAct as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving HR and administrative issues in a timely and professional mannerManage and execute onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into operationsCoordinate and oversee employee transportation logistics across multiple hubsMonitor and evaluate the performance of coordinators and helpers,



ensuring alignment with operational KPIs and standardsTrack and ensure timely payroll processing and transfers for vendors, in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)Ensure compliance with hiring SLAs to meet staffing requirements across hubs

Job Qualifications
Experience:

4-6 years of experience in operations, HR coordination, workforce management, or a related field

Core Competencies / Soft Skills:

Solid communication skills, both verbal and writtenEffective problem-solving abilities with attention to detailConflict management and resolution skillsNegotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
