Salary Range: Graduate $86,600 to Lead Teacher $147,048 FTE gross per annum plus 12.75% Superannuation

Newman Catholic College is Catholic Education Diocese of Cairns newest secondary school. The College comprises state-of-the-art facilities situated within James Cook University, Cairns. The college is well-resourced to support committed and professional teaching staff in the provision of quality Catholic education for students in the Northern Beaches. About The Role
Due to the continuous growth of the college, Newman Catholic College Smithfield is seeking a number of experienced and dedicated Secondary Teachers to join their school teaching in a range of Key Subjects for the 2025/ 2026 school year. These roles are Full Time, Permanent positions for 2025/2026.
These Key Subject Areas we will be looking for teachers for are as below:
Mathematics (with an ability to teach Senior Mathematics an advantage)English (an ability to teach Senior English)Religious Education (an ability to teach Senior Religious Education)ScienceDesign and TechnologyDanceDrama
