Winwin88 Pty Ltd, trading as Kintaro Sushi Restaurant, is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Elizabeth City Centre, South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Manage budgets, sales targets, and operational costs
- Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain service efficiency and quality standards
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant qualification in hospitality management or related field preferred
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
