NOR Central corridor is looking for an ambitious trainee to join their construction team and grow into a fully-fledged Site Supervisor.
You’ll be supported by senior supervisors, structured training, and exposure to real‑time site operations across single and double‑storey builds.

What you’ll be doing
- Assisting supervisors with daily site walks, QA checks, and progress updates
- Learning how to manage trades, schedule workflow, and maintain build timelines
- Supporting defect management, variations, and client communication
- Gaining exposure to compliance, safety, and residential construction standards
- Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
What you’ll bring
- Background as an Estimator, Scheduler, Construction Coordinator in WA.
- Strong organisational skills and understanding of residential build stages
- A genuine desire to move onsite and build a long‑term construction career
- Confidence communicating with trades and internal stakeholders
- Driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NOR Central sites
