About the role
The Clerical Officer at Bandyup Women’s Prison is responsible for providing clerical support to the business unit, ensuring that approved administration processes are maintained. This includes, but is not limited to, word processing, maintaining correspondence and filing systems, attending to telephone and reception and general clerical duties.
The Visits Booking Officer at Melaleuca Women’s Prison will be responsible for processing all prisoner visit bookings via phone and/or forms. The position will also maintain contact information for the Centre’s phone system.
