Our ideal candidate is an experienced and values-led executive leader who can bring together strategic thinking, sound judgement and practical delivery. You will have a strong background in infrastructure, asset management, planning, operations or a similarly complex service environment, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes that balance community needs, financial sustainability and long-term growth. You will be a confident communicator and trusted advisor who can work effectively with Councillors, government, community and staff, while fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing culture. Most importantly, you will bring integrity,
