Responsibilities / about the role:

- Processing customer telephone orders;

- Answering inbound customer calls relating to product queries;

- Calling customers to build strong relationships and increase sales potential;

- Provide adhoc admin support to the sales team.

About you:

- Previous vet nursing or veterinary industry experience;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Confident computer skills, including Advanced Excel;





- Conflict resolution capabilities;

- Motivation, be driven to meet deadlines;

- Customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
