Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead a busy convenience and fuel operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, solid operational standards and an engaged team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the day to day operation of the business
- Leading, coaching and developing the team
- Driving sales and operational performance
- Managing stock, merchandising and inventory
- Maintaining food safety and store presentation standards
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences
