Job Summary:

Responsible for solution design and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Discovery: Meet customers and lead discovery workshop of requirements.Develop Business Requirements Document, Business scenarios and key use cases.
- Solution Presentation: Lead configuration and presentation Microsoft Dynamics Solution presentations for key business and cross track scenarios
- Design Validation: Lead solutioning on cross track scenarios. Review and validate that the design documents and solution artifacts prepared by project team members meet the customer’s requirements. Improve the solution artifacts as needed.
- Project Implementation/Solution strategies:



Assist in building and validating solution strategies required in project implementations (Program strategy, Application strategy, Data strategy, Reporting strategy, Integration strategy, Security strategy, Cutover strategy, etc.)
- Lead Training, SIT and UAT phase
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Lead a team of Consultants/Analysts and take responsibility for their performance and admin tasks including approval of time sheets, expenses and leaves, as applicable
- Assist in providing mentoring and coaching to junior members
- Ensure effective leadership is implemented when managing a team or project team
