Job Description
- Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients, and ensuring a seamless dental experience.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition for use.
- Take accurate patient records, including dental histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Reception duties – meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping and processing payments.
Qualifications
- Experience in dental procedures and terminology (ongoing training will be provided to the right candidate).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in dental software.
