Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and present food to hotel standards while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency.
- Follow all kitchen procedures, recipes, and hygiene requirements, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Minimise waste and use ingredients efficiently.
- Support senior chefs across all sections, including cooking, baking, pastry and butchery.
- Maintain grooming standards and contribute to a professional, positive kitchen culture.
- Work collaboratively with the wider service team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.




- Respond to guest needs promptly and maintain solid product knowledge.
