Systems and Product Owner

Fernwood Fitness is Australia's leading women's fitness franchise network. As our systems footprint grows - spanning Exerp, ExerpGo, MyFitApp and digital access platforms, we've created a newly established role to own this space end-to-end.

About the role

Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you'll be the Product Owner across our core systems, driving integrations, developments and enhancements that support our franchise network. You'll work closely with the Operations team, franchisees, and key vendor partners including the Exerp team.

What you'll do

- Act as Product Owner for Exerp, ExerpGo, Exerp WebApps, Exerp Staff App and Digital 24/7 Access
- Manage integrations across all platforms
- Manage system developments across Exerp and MyFitApp
- Manage club support through Zendesk and ensure club issues are resolved within set timeframes.
- Drive system enhancements and track performance KPIs
- Partner with the Exerp team and other key vendors on roadmap and delivery




- Work closely with franchisees and internal stakeholders to ensure systems meet network needs

About you

- Experience owning or managing business-critical systems/platforms (product ownership experience highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable working across internal teams, franchisees, and external vendors
- Naturally structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple system streams at once
- Franchise or multi-site business experience is a plus, not essential
