We are partnering with a highly regarded insurance organisation based in North Sydney to appoint a talented TA Partner to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced internal recruiter to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, build strong stakeholder partnerships and play a key role in attracting exceptional talent across the business.

The Opportunity

- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of corporate, specialist and business-critical roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent in a competitive market.
- Build strong talent pipelines and provide market insights to support workforce planning.
- Champion a positive candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.




- Contribute to process improvements, recruitment initiatives and the ongoing evolution of the TA function.

About You

- Previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience is essential.
- Insurance industry experience is highly desirable, with an understanding of the sector and talent market.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across professional, corporate and specialist roles.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-focused recruiter who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

What’s on Offer

- Competitive salary package of $120,000–$150,000 Super (dependent on experience).
