Description: As a Team Leader at Aspire, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Leading a team of Support Workers, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred services that empower customers to achieve their goals, build independence and live the life they choose. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } This is a full-time position based in Albury. Travel throughout the Albury/Wodonga region may be required to support customer engagement and service delivery.

Flexibility to work outside standard business hours is required to participate in the on-call roster.

Key Responsibilities: a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Lead, coach and support a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, families, carers and key stakeholders.

Participate in recruitment, onboarding,



workforce planning and staff development activities.

Support customer intake, transitions and ongoing service delivery in partnership with internal teams.

Conduct regular supervision, probation reviews, performance discussions and mentoring.

Ensure customer documentation, including Support Plans and Risk Assessments, is accurate and up to date.

Develop and manage staff rosters to meet customer needs and operational requirements.

Facilitate team meetings and foster a positive, collaborative and customer-focused team culture.

Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with NDIS, legislative and organisational requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in the on-call roster.

What you'll bring: a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Minimum Certificate IV qualifications in Community Services, Disability or Leadership and/or demonstrated leadership experience.

Proven people leadership, coaching and team development skills.

Experience in rostering, workforce coordination and performance management.

Sound understanding of the NDIS, person-centred practice and supporting positive customer outcomes.

Ability to build strong relationships with customers, families, carers and key stakeholders.

Solid communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Sound computer literacy,



knowledge of HR principles and a resilient, adaptable approach to work.

Compliance ready: NDIS Worker Screening Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
