Early Start Australia (ESA) is seeking an experienced Team Leader Occupational Therapist or Speech pathologist to guide, mentor, and inspire a growing team at our new Armadale clinic. This is a full-time leadership opportunity ideal for a senior OT or SP ready to take the next step — combining hands-on therapy with leadership, coaching, and service development.

About the Role

As the Team Leader Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to your OT or SP team

Mentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performance

Maintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities

Drive service quality, team culture, and best-practice care

Partner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes

About You

You’re a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist who:

Is ready to step into (or continue in) a leadership role

Enjoys mentoring, coaching, and empowering others

Is committed to professional excellence and collaborative care

Essential Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy pr Speech Pathology Current AHPRA registration / SPA

Experience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist pr Speech Pathologist Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
