This Technical Field Engineer ensures that our federal government client’s systems stay secure, reliable, and mission-ready through expert on‑site technical support and strong client engagement.
The Field
Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals
.Proven experience in a Deskside support setting performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution
.Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshootin gExperience with supporting a corporate Windows environmen tPrinting (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals
)Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC'
sTest and Tag experience highly regarde dMinimum of 6 months experience in supporting Deskside support environmen tEnsure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions .
Key Qualificatio nsNV1 or NV2 security clearance must have for this rol e.Driver's License is requir ed
