Step into an international leadership role with Mader Group in Papua New Guinea. If you're an experienced plumber with project or supervisory experience, this is your chance to work on rewarding projects, experience a new culture, and accelerate your career with a global industry leader. Working 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off FIFO roster (Island location)

This is a hands-on leadership role, with approximately:

- 30% office-based project planning and coordination
- 70% field-based supervision, ensuring projects are completed safely and to Australian standards

You'll oversee a variety of camp infrastructure projects, including:
- Accommodation facilities
- Mess and kitchen buildings
- Camp maintenance and upgrades
- General plumbing and infrastructure works

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing projects, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For

- Qualified Plumber
- Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor, Leading Hand, Management or similar
- Strong organisational and communication skills




- Commitment to delivering work to Australian standards
- Previous expatriate or remote site experience is highly regarded but not essential
