The Role
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture function, you will partner with executives, managers and employees across the organisation to provide practical HR advice and deliver initiatives that support growth, performance and engagement. This is a broad generalist role suited to someone who enjoys being hands‑on, visible and solutions‑focused while also contributing to longer‑term people priorities. Responsibilities include:
- Providing ER/IR advice and supporting performance matters
- Coaching leaders to build confidence, consistency and capability
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and policy interpretation
- Contributing to culture, engagement, wellbeing and psychological safety initiatives
- Coordinating WHS, WorkCover and return-to-work matters
- Using HR data, reporting and systems to identify trends and improve decision-making
- Supporting learning, leadership development and continuous improvement projects
- Helping the business leverage technology, digital tools and AI to improve HR efficiency
About You
You will be an experienced HR generalist or HR Business Partner who can quickly build credibility, provide sound advice and work effectively in a busy, evolving environment. You will bring a practical mindset, strong judgement and the confidence to work with leaders at different levels of capability.
We are looking for someone with:
- Robust employee relations and industrial relations experience
- Broad HR generalist capability across the employee lifecycle
- Confidence coaching and advising leaders through practical people matters
- Experience in complex, service-based or growth environments
- Robust systems, reporting and digital capability
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and become productive quickly
- Curiosity about how technology and AI can improve HR processes and outcomes
