We have an opportunity for a State Director, Facilities Management to join our CBRE Property Management Division.

Reporting directly to the Head of Property Management QLD, you will lead a high-performing team of Facilities Management professionals across the state, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth. This role is instrumental in ensuring our facilities management services deliver exceptional value for clients while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and essential services requirements.

As a key member of the Queensland Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to the strategic direction and ongoing success of the Property Management business, championing innovation, operational performance, and industry-leading service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and develop a high-performing Facilities Management team, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Drive operational excellence, compliance, and best-practice facilities management outcomes.
- Identify and secure business growth opportunities while strengthening key client relationships.
- Implement innovative operational and engineering solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Represent CBRE within industry networks and maintain a strong market presence.
