About You

- Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (essential)
- Availability to work across 24/7 rotating roster
- Minimum of 12 month’s experience as a Personal Care Worker in aged care (preferred)
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
- Hold a genuine and true passion for aged care & ability to manage challenging behaviours in a calm manner
- Be committed and work as a team to facilitate activities catering towards the residents well-being
- Be able to build rapport with residents to maintain professional relationships
- Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
