I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading Australian retailer seeking an experienced State Window & Visual Merchandise Manager to oversee the visual presentation across South Australia and Tasmania.

About the Role

Reporting into the National Visual Merchandising team, you'll be responsible for leading the execution of visual merchandising and window presentation across multiple stores throughout South Australia and Tasmania.

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll partner closely with Store Managers and Regional Leaders to ensure every store consistently delivers an engaging, on-brand customer experience.

You'll travel throughout the region, implement seasonal campaigns, create impactful window displays and coach store teams to maintain exceptional presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding window displays and visual merchandising standards across all stores.

- Execute seasonal campaigns and promotional launches in line with brand direction.

- Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams to confidently maintain visual standards.

- Conduct regular store visits,



providing feedback and ongoing support.

- Ensure consistency in visual execution across multiple locations.

- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through effective store presentation.

- Partner with operational leaders to maximise commercial outcomes through visual merchandising.

- Plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines across multiple sites.

About You

You'll be an experienced Visual Merchandising professional who combines creativity with commercial thinking.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in a State, Regional or Multi-site Visual Merchandising position.

- A strong understanding of retail trends, styling and customer behaviour.

- Exceptional communication and coaching skills.

- The ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the business.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout South Australia and Tasmania.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for retail.
