We are currently recruiting for a Technology Trainer to join a highly regarded national law firm in Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technology Trainer, or an accomplished Senior Legal Secretary or Office Manager looking to step into a recent challenge where you can share your knowledge, mentor others and make a real impact.

About the Role

Working as part of the national Learning & Development team, you'll play a key role in onboarding, training and supporting staff across the Brisbane office while collaborating with trainers nationally.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering engaging classroom and one-on-one technology training
- Managing induction training for all Brisbane new starters
- Providing day-to-day support to staff both in person and remotely
- Training staff across Microsoft Office, Outlook and legal software
- Monitoring completion of learning modules and compliance training
- Supporting software rollouts, process improvements and system implementation
- Creating and maintaining training guides, manuals and FAQs
- Troubleshooting technology issues and providing practical solutions
- Working closely with the national training team across multiple offices

About You





You'll bring:

- Advanced Microsoft Word skills including formatting, styles, templates and cross-referencing
- Confidence learning and training others on new systems
- Experience as a Technology Trainer, Senior Legal Secretary or Office Manager
- Previous legal industry experience (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A patient, approachable and collaborative style
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
