Depending on your role and experience, your responsibilities may include: + Preparing and presenting dishes consistently and to a high standard + Supporting daily mise en place and kitchen operations + Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards + Managing your section during service + Supporting stock control, ordering and waste reduction + Collaborating with culinary and food and beverage colleagues + Contributing ideas, energy and a genuine sense of hospitality + Helping create a positive, respectful and inclusive kitchen culture **Qualifications:** **About you** You may be building your culinary career or ready to take the next step.
