Specialising in metal fascia, gutter and roofing, this division is the bustling heart of Stoddart Group and works closely with our amazing builders to ensure we’re an efficient and valuable part of their build.

Due to an internal promotion and growth within the business, Stoddart Group are eagerly waiting to appoint our next Branch Manager to oversee our roofing division in Geelong. The suitable candidate is a serious go-getter who is interested in leading the way, able to motivate and drive a team of skilled professionals to success and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence. With proven experience in a management role within the roofing or residential construction industry, you will foster a collaborative work environment and embrace Stoddart Group core values.

Could this be you?

Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):

- Building and maintaining customer relationships alongside the Sales Team

- Meet required financial and sales targets and analyse branch performance

- Proactively manage workplace health & safety and escalate any incidents or concerns to the Safety Team

- Recruitment and management of new and existing trade personnel





- Provide leadership and management to a capable team and develop opportunities for growth and success

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure success of operations and day-to-day functions of the Geelong branch

Ideal candidate attributes:

- Extensive construction or building experience, primarily in Roofing

- Proven management experience

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Ability to forward plan and troubleshoot

- Positive attitude with a robust work ethic

- Exceptional time management and organisational skills

- Excellent negotiation skills

- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
