The Role

Due to growth opportunities internally, we are offering Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual opportunities for passionate Personal Care Workers to join our facility based in at Harden Grange!

What you will do

The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring:





- Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.
- Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc
- Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
- Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,
- Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts

Who are you and what will you bring?

- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same)
- Flexible availabilities, we are looking for Casual and Holiday Relief candidates
- Unlimited working rights, please submit your application if you are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
- Experience in working in an Aged Care setting
- Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
