About the role

Trentham General is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Trentham, VIC. This is a full-time or part time position for the right applicant where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals from our seasonal and locally-sourced menu

- Collaborating with the Kitchen team to develop and refine new menu items

- Ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently

- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene

- Assisting with inventory management and cost control

What we're looking for

- Experience as a Chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Weekend availability

- Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

- Excellent time management and multitasking skills

- A passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious meals





- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

- Enthusiastic about maintaining high food safety and hygiene standard
