Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their lending needs and financial goals.
- Provide tailored lending solutions across a range of residential loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage the loan process from initial enquiry through to settlement.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors,
real estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare and submit loan applications while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and responsible lending obligations.
- Proactively follow up opportunities and maintain a solid pipeline of business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, generating repeat business and client referrals.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous mortgage broking experience (this role is not suited to entry-level brokers).
- Holds or is working towards a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
- Is motivated, driven and passionate about achieving results.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple clients and applications simultaneously.
- Is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is eager to continue developing their career within a high-performing business.
