About the Opportunity
We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Casual Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexibility while working in a supportive, resident-focused environment. You'll work closely with Registered Nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality clinical care, support positive resident outcomes, and help create a warm and welcoming home for those in our care.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Casual Enrolled Nurse, you will:
- Complete resident assessments and contribute to individualised care planning.
- Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care that promotes dignity, wellbeing and independence.
- Administer medications safely in accordance with policies and legislative requirements.
- Monitor residents' health, identify changes in condition,
and communicate clinical observations to Registered Nurses.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Participate in handovers, quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings both clinical capability and genuine compassion. You'll also have:
- Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Minimum two years' post-graduate clinical experience, ideally within residential aged care.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and sound judgement.
- Experience with care planning and clinical documentation.
- Knowledge of aged care standards and person-centered care principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Current National Police Check(or willingness to obtain).
- Flexibility to work a variety of casual shifts.
