The Role

We are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Business Systems Coordinator to join our team.

This diverse and hands-on role supports the business by improving the way we use technology, data, and digital systems. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will collect and analyse data, develop reports and dashboards, improve business processes, and deliver insights that support better decision-making.

You will also play a key role in supporting business applications, system improvements, automation initiatives, AI solutions, system integrations, and general IT support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical skills with practical business improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Data & Insights

- Collect, analyse, and interpret business data to support operational and strategic decision-making.

- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance.

- Analyse labour, horticulture, production, environmental, and operational data.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations that support business planning and performance monitoring.

- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational outcomes.

Business Systems & Process Improvement

- Support and enhance business systems, applications, and digital platforms.

- Work with stakeholders to identify system requirements and opportunities for improvement.

- Assist with application development, maintenance, testing, and system enhancements.





- Manage and support integrations between business platforms.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflows.

- Contribute to AI and emerging technology initiatives that improve business efficiency.

- Develop practical technology solutions that support business improvement.

Technology & IT Support

- Provide general IT and systems support across the organisation when required.

- Assist with employee technology requirements, including user setup and system access.

- Support the implementation of new software, systems, and digital tools.

- Assist with troubleshooting technology-related issues.

- Coordinate with external IT providers and software vendors when required.

Data Security & Governance

- Maintain appropriate access controls for business systems and applications.

- Ensure business data is managed, stored, and shared securely.

- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across business systems.

- Support employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding through effective user access management.

- Maintain system documentation, processes, and data management standards.

- Support cybersecurity practices and promote secure data handling across the organisation.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with teams across all areas of the business.

- Translate business needs into practical technology and data solutions.

- Support the adoption of new systems, processes, and digital initiatives.

- Provide guidance and training to employees and managers where required.

- Build strong working relationships that support continuous improvement.

About You

You are an analytical and proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving systems, working with data, and helping people get the most from technology.



You can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in data analysis, reporting, business systems, or process improvement.

- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.

- Understanding of business intelligence and data management principles.

- Experience with systems automation and workflow improvement.

- Experience using or supporting:

- Google Workspace

- Google Apps Script

- SQL

- JavaScript / HTML

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- High level of written and spoken English.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
