Responsibilities
- Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest welcomes.
- Acknowledging and prioritizing IHG Rewards Club members as InterContinental Ambassadors, and ensuring guests are served in person or over the phone.
- Handling guest bookings, suggesting upgrades, and promoting amenities.
- Managing and receiving cash and credit payments efficiently for guest bookings.
- Facilitating a swift and seamless check‑in and check‑out process.
- Addressing guest needs to anticipate requests and provide tailored recommendations.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and embodying brand values.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to address guest concerns and compliments.
- Problem‑solving skills to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts between 7 am and 11 pm, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Basic literacy and tech‑savvy ability in reading, writing,
and computer use.
- English fluency is preferred.
- Full Australian working rights.
