Our client is a trusted name in load-bearing permanent formwork solutions, delivering proprietary wall and framing systems to the Australian construction industry for almost 20 years. As demand grows, so does their need for a dedicated Mixer Operator to join their quick-paced manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial mixers to blend raw materials per formulation and schedule.
- Ensure consistency and quality of mixed materials throughout production.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or hoists.
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of mixing equipment.
- Record batch data, monitor processes, and report any variations.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment or quality-related issues.
- Follow all safety, operational, and quality procedures.
- General machine operation, setup, and manual handling tasks.
- Experience in manufacturing or mixing roles (building materials/industrial preferred).
- Ability to follow batch instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Physically fit - capable of lifting up to 20kg comfortably.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
- Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential).
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Must pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.

Compensation
Base pay range: A$43.39/hr - A$43.39/hr
