These roles involve interaction with customers or internal stakeholders , supported by:
- Clear scripts and procedures
- Team supervision
The setting may be busy at times but is well structured.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the team, you may:
- Respond to enquiries (phone, email or in person)
- Manage documents and records
- Track requests and correspondence
- Update systems accurately
- Escalate complex matters appropriately

- Want to build communication confidence
- Are comfortable learning scripted responses
