? Technology Support Specialist – Sydney, Bond Street | 12-Month Contract

ITARMI is partnering with a leading global hospitality company to find a Technology Support Specialist to join their Corporate Office on Bond Street, Sydney — supporting local staff and remote users across Australia & New Zealand.

? Location: Sydney (fully office-based)

? Contract: 12 months, full-time

? Focus: End-user support, hardware lifecycle, M365, and AV/meeting room tech ? What you'll be doing:

✅ Desktop support for Windows 11 devices

✅ Provisioning, deployment & replacement of laptops for new starters and refresh cycles

✅ Supporting Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office apps & Copilot

✅ Remote troubleshooting for users across ANZ

✅ Managing imaging, software installs, and user migrations

✅ Liaising with vendors on hardware, AV/meeting room systems, warranty repairs & procurement

✅ Supporting Teams Rooms and audiovisual equipment in meeting spaces





✅ Working with global IT teams on networking, VPN, firewall & connectivity issues

✅ Basic Active Directory administration

✅ Troubleshooting SecureDoc-encrypted laptops (or similar endpoint encryption tools)

✅ Supporting Apple iOS devices ? What we're looking for:

? Robust Windows 11 & Microsoft 365 support experience

? Proven experience supporting remote users

? Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills

? Comfortable working independently while collaborating with global teams

? Intune or other endpoint management experience — highly desirable

? Teams Rooms / AV technology experience — advantageous ? Why this role?
