The Role The Technology Operations
Analyst is an entry point into a up-to-date, engineering-led approach to internal technology operations at Sekuro. This role supports the Technology Operations Lead in maintaining our organisation's technology platforms, while being progressively introduced to automation, systems integration, and AI-assisted tooling. This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate who is genuinely curious about how modern technology environments are built, secured, and automated.
It offers a real opportunity to grow into platform expertise over time through hands-on exposure, mentorship, and genuine ownership of meaningful work.
What You'll Do Support the Technology Operations Lead in delivering day-to-day technology operations, triaging and resolving issues across endpoints, identity, and SaaS platforms,
and escalating complex issues as needed.
Help monitor the health of key platforms, contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles, and assist with hardware provisioning, imaging, and troubleshooting, including new starter setup.
Learn to build automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate, gaining exposure to REST APIs, webhooks, and low-code platforms, while developing your scripting capability in PowerShell.
Work alongside the Technology Operations Lead to identify recurring issues and repetitive manual tasks, support integrations between core business platforms, and maintain clear documentation of automation and integration configurations.
Actively evaluate AI-assisted tools and automation platforms, contributing ideas to a growing backlog of automation opportunities.
Assist in administering core platforms including Microsoft 365 and Intune, supporting onboarding, offboarding, and licence tracking.
Gain exposure to identity administration, endpoint management, and platform hardening across tools such as Intune, CrowdStrike, and Netskope, and support basic security hygiene tasks such as access reviews, device compliance checks, and patch coordination.
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues,
explaining technical issues in an accessible way, and build effective working relationships across the business.
What You'll Need A recently completed degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Any prior exposure to IT support, systems administration, or technology through internships, placements, or personal projects is highly regarded but not required.
A genuine interest in cloud platforms, automation, and AI, shown through study, personal projects, or self-directed learning.
A basic understanding of how cloud platforms and SaaS applications operate.
Some exposure to scripting or programming concepts, with a willingness to build proficiency in PowerShell.
A naturally curious mindset, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive attitude, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to grow within a modern, AI-augmented technology environment.
